Commercial alias and timer help

Im not very good with english language but ill do my best to explain.
Im using "!commercial" in alias to call it forth.

But nothing happens. It seems that i may have missunderstood what to do to run it successful. Need help to fix it.

No, please don't spread misinformation, it makes our job harder.
You can have both an alias and text in the Message field, in which case the text is used as an argument for the alias command, which is necessary here.
