! commands not working on XB1 & Twitch chat

Hello all. First off I’m very new to NB. I had set up some basic ! commands last night, and they were working great. I’m using NB for XB1 twitch streams. As of today, none of my commands aren’t working. It looks like NB servers are up and running, so it seems to be an isolated issue with my NB.

I’ve already attempted the following:

  • Resetting network
  • deactivating/activating NB in the control panel
  • unmodding/modding NB in twitch chat
  • making sure NB wasn’t blocked in chat

If anyone can chime in and help this newb out, I would greatly appreciate it! Thank you!

This doesn’t have anything to do with you streaming from Xbox1, it just sadly coincided with twitch’s chat services having stability issues causing nightbot to be unable to connect.

It should be working at this time. Twitch tweeted this about an hour ago https://twitter.com/TwitchSupport/status/767833506768650241 make sure to check their twitter and twitter.com/nightbotapp if issues like these happen again! And to see if it has cleared up, in this case.

Edit: All issues are resolved at this time.
