When i open any command with user tag it doesn't show the user's name who has opened the command its shows like " Dear [user] " instead of showing the user name i tried deleting and re adding but it doesn't work but iam adding commands as a moderator i previously also added commands which worked but presently its not working i mean user name is not showing. pls help.
Command variable not working

This is because [user] is not valid variable syntax on Nightbot. Please refer to the Nightbot documentation on the user variable for examples: <https://docs.nightbot.tv/variables/user>
