Command to start timers

Looking to create a command that then starts a timer.
the command is -
!1 "$(twitch [channel name] "{{displayName}} is going to be back soon, he/she/it is going to get coffee NomNom BegWan ") $(query)
I would like this command to start a timer for nightbot, to then say this again every 5 minutes in chat.

Then !1stop to stop the timer would this be possible?

Sorry but all timers are controlled in the Timers tab and cannot be modified (enabled/disabled/edited) via commands. You can probably just have this as a normal command for users.
