Command that tags the next person that says something on the chat
$(user) set up a trap and $(target.user) fell into it. $(count) people died to a trap 🤬

Sorry, there is no way for nightbot itself to detect when the next message is sent after a command is used. Though to my knowledge this may be possible through the use of apis and another bot that detects the next response after a command is used, though would not be something easy to set up nor would be useful to any real extent other than for this specific purpose really.
