Command delay on a per user basis?

Does anyone know of a way to make the delay for a command behave on a per user basis?

I run a constant poll on my stream that updates every minute, but multiple users should be able to respond to this poll without being delayed by another responder. Since the minimum command delay is 5 seconds, if two different users respond simultaneously (which is likely as they’ll respond when the content changes), the second user’s response is ignored :frowning:

You can see the stream here to get a better idea of what I mean: http://twitch.tv/jonnygravity
Check out the “Help Improve Accuracy!” piece on the left-middle of the stream.

We don’t have per user delays as that would lead to excessive reply spam (like your polls, for instance). Because Nightbot has to function within rate limits assigned by Twitch, we do not give the option to message chats that frequently.
