Chat not working

Hi all!

I’m new to TwitchCast. Streaming works great except that when I try to cast with chat it shows as connected but It seems like chat never actually loads. I’ve tested this with multiple streams with the same result. I’m using TwitchCast from my iPad and haven’t tried it from my computer yet. Could that be the issue? Thanks!

I cannot seem to reproduce this issue, but perhaps there was a temporary server issue on our end. I would try again if you haven’t already.
