Chat is on left side but the setting for left side chat is not checked

Hey @Warm Dodo!

Have you tried turning on the left side chat setting despite not wanting that and the chat being already on the left, and then turning it off again? This could force a reset.
If the issue persists reinstall BetterTTV, you can save your settings before deleting the extension in BetterTTV Settings > Backup/Import, go to the same place to import your previous settings once reinstalled.

If the setting isn't checked then it isn't BetterTTV that enabled this feature. If you use another extension for Twitch it might be that extension causing this behavior.
