Certain users get error requesting songs

the above photo shows the error, so far it's only 2 users who experience this, neither have disabled nightbot so i'm unsure of why the error occurs for them

Closing the loop here too. As was stated on Discord, the example user ID provided did disable their Nightbot account. The user can log back into Nightbot to restore their account.
