Cd command not working with commands that doesn't have ! before

Hi cooldowns are not working properly... Exclamation mark commands like !lurk works when i use -cd=10 but when it comes to something like !addcom hi welcome! the command hi always has 5 second cooldown. When it doesn't have exclamation mark it's fixed to 5. In the dashboard it says whatever i type tho like 15 or 20 but when I use the command it's always 5 second cooldown. how can I fix that?

Hiya, im not sure exactly what you mean. So you add a command, and the dashboard shows the correct cooldown, but when you use it, the cooldown is always 5?
Are you sure your viewers tested it, since the cooldown doesnt affect moderators/owner.
