Whenever I try to sign up for Nightbot using my Twitch account or add it to my channel it goes to the authentification and then says

What can I do to fix this error?
Note: my Youtube channel is completely fine with Nightbot, only Twitch is affected.
@RokettoJanpu I’ve checked out the post and have done what it has said and I still can’t connect with Twitch. Is there anything else that I could possibly do to connect?
I should point out—this is more of a Twitch issue than a Nightbot one. There are a couple other options you can try out, though:
- Try logging onto Nightbot in incognito mode.
- Go to https://www.twitch.tv/settings/connections and disconnect the Nightbot Beta connection, which would require you to re-authorize Nightbot and may get things running smoothly again.
If these don’t work, I’m sorry, there’s not much else I can say. You’d have to reach out to Twitch support to resolve this issue.
