Cant get nightbot to work as a mod

It works on my channel, but Im mod for a friends channel (AxelRydher), he has added me as a manager with my user ID and he put /mod nightbot in chat and it says that he has given permission for nightbot to be mod, Ive added a bunch of commands and timers, but when I test the commands it doesnt work, either does the timers.
Im not sure what to do next, any help would be greatly appreciated :heart:

Hiya, make sure the streamer clicks “Join channel” on the Nightbot dashboard.
