Can't Enable Anything in "Default Commands" everything stays disabled

Hello,

In my Nightbot dashboard Commands>Default Commands, they are all disabled except for one. If I try to enable a different filter it will enable it but then it will disable the one previously enabled.

Any tips or help would be greatly appreciated!!!
