Can't Add Regulars via username/URL or !regulars command

I am having the same challenge this person had a few years ago.

I try to paste the username of a YouTube profile and I get a user not found error. I copy and paste the URL for the same user and get the same error. When I try !regulars add <<URL>> I get the same errors message.

Welcome any advice.

I am not able to reproduce any issues adding users by URL or username. Make sure you're prefixing their username with @

I am prefacing with the @ and have tried pasting the URL per the screen instructions. Checked yesterday and have the same error message.

It looks like our validation on the YouTube usernames was incorrect. We didn't expect . to be a valid value in those. It should be fixed now.
