Cant add regulars "user not found"

Please help Im Trying to add a list of regulars but every time i paste a channel url it says user not found

i’m not sure what u would be doing with any url in regards to regulars…

if u’re doing it from the dashboard u click “+ add user” and then type in the name… or if doing from chat u type “!regulars add” and the name… for example, if u wanted to add me as a regular it would be…

!regulars add tiwosslave

i always make sure to not have the @ prefix on the name, cause some commands/bots can use it with, but all can use it without
