Can you set user levels for certain autodj commands?

I essentially only want viewers to be able to request songs, and myself and mods be able to use skip/pause/volume/next etc.

Is there a way to be able to do this?

Song requests should work like this by default, only mods are able to skip, pause/play and change the volume.
