Is there a way to make nightbot display who requested what song and overall just editing what is displayed? I can’t seem to figure it out. I know it was possible before.
Example: Song - Artist / Requested By: Name
Because currently it just says the title and artist along with “----” at the end. Which I’m not sure is default or it was an edit in the past.
Go to the song request settings in your Nightbot desktop program, and under the “Nightbot App” section, you will see that you can edit what the current_song.txt file shows.
As you can see, there is a list of variable names you can use in the file formatting. To get the kind of output you want to show in OBS, this is what you can write:
