Can`t see follower alert

When i get a new follower, I get the soundeffect but I cant see the pop up, where the name of the follower should be displayed, even though its clearly there as the people who watch my stream can hear the alert as well as see the whole “pop up” where the name of the follower is shown. The whole thing is just not displayed on my own screen. (Hope I made clear what i meant.)
Please help/tell me if there is a way to fix that.

The alerts only show on your stream. There is not a way to overlay alerts inside the game you play. You will need to look at the OBS or XSplit preview window when you get a new follower. This requires you to play your game in windowed mode or on a second monitor.
