You would have to tell your friend to get Nightbot for his stream… but yeah.
If you’re asking about your Nightbot that’s linked to your streams, then no. It will be a different instance of Nightbot that your friend will have to configure himself, or someone close/trusted to him can do it for him if your friend sets them as “Managers” on Nightbot’s dashboard.
