Can I Create a command only for one specific user?

I don’t have much command knowledge, but I would like to do something similar to
this comand
which allows me to give a different answer to a specific user
But I want that when someone else uses the command, it does not respond.
Also I would like to know if I can enlist multiple specific users.

Is there anyone to make it so a certain user cant use a command?

If you want to do it without the use of regulars your best bet would be this: $(eval List=[`User1`,`User2`,`UserX`…];List.includes(`$(user)`.toLowerCase())?`Response`:` `) Put all the usernames in lowercase. If you need any further elaboration please feel free to ask.
