one of my followers tried to use a command from my chat and it's not working anymore what do I do to solve this?

Hi, Have you tried reading through the Nightbot Troubleshooting
Once you have read and gone through those steps and nightbot still isn't working for you reply with more specifics (what command was the user trying to do etc.)
Hopefully, the Troubleshooting works for you :)
