America/Sao_Paulo no longer has daylight savings time as of 2019. The timezone information of nightbot needs to be updated.

Expected bevahior: America/Sao_Paulo region is GMT-3:00 in January

Current behavior: America/Sao_Paulo region is GMT-02:00 in January

We pushed out an upgrade to a library. Is it correct now?

It still appears to be GMT-02:00

Then the library we use has not yet updated/backported a fix for this yet, and you will unfortunately need to wait for that to happen before this issue is fixed. Apologies for the inconvenience.
