I have BTTV Pro and have my 5 Personal Global emotes selected yet they only show up to me in other channels chats. I can see them on my side but no one else can (even if they have BTTV enabled) They do still work in my channel but not in others as they should. 
Please Help! 
If they show up for you then they should show up for everyone. You can verify that by opening up a separate tab in incognito and seeing if they show up when you speak there.
