BTTV Emotes not approved after 7 days under status "Pending Review"

Greetings,

On 02.03.17 I made and uploaded two custom emotes for approval and they have not been accepted and approved to this day.

I have done this before and the process took not longer than 3 days. Since I am not aware of the actions needed, I am asking the fellow members of this forum for assistance.

During a large influx of emotes submitted, it can take a little longer to get through all submitted emotes. Apologies as we try to meet the 0-5 day approval time frame.
