Hi, I’m using bbtv on chrome and since 2-3 days bbtv emotes are not showing up in chat and when I go to the settings the options for bbtv emotes and gif emotes are not even there anymore. I tried to uninstall bbtv and install it again but it didn’t change anything.
If you’re having issues you should disable all other browser extensions and make sure your browser is up-to-date. If you’re not on Chrome 59.0.3071.86 or Firefox 53.0.3 you’re out of date.
Thank you very much for the answer, it seems it was indeed that chrome was out of date. After updating everything is working fine again
