Browsing chat logs is broken

They may not be stuck, per se. I suspect you're reaching the end of the logs, and perhaps we are not properly detecting the end was reached. We only keep 7 days of logs up to 10,000 messages.

I am having the same issue as well as messages being skipped. My live chat usually peaks around 9pm EST yet Nightbot may only show 1 message during that hour. The other day the chat logs only showed 1 message per hour for 3 hours.
It seems like whenever I go back to check the chat logs to look at a problem chatter, the logs will not show any of the messages. Nightbot use to show even messages that were deleted but it doesn't anymore.

Your issue and the one originally shared are quite different. One is a log pagination bug report, and you are reporting an issue with missing recent messages. I am unable to reproduce any issues displaying recent messages. Have you made sure you're looking at the right account? It can be easy to miss sometimes that you've selected and are looking at a different account's configuration.

I usually just check my YouTube chat, & am positive I am looking at right account. Was just checking the logs & its not showing any messages from 1:37 to 5:30 & I know for sure the chat was active then.

if there are logs missing in the middle then Nightbot was unfortunately not processing the channel's chat during the duration of that time period. this can happen due to system errors within YouTube, as YouTube tells Nightbot which channel chats are "live"
