Browser disabled access to dashboard of managed channel

I am a manager/moderator for a couple of YouTube channels. When I log into Nightbot on my Opera browser everything works fine. I click on my username/icon and the 2 channels I manage appear as they always have in a drop-down menu I can then click on them individually to access the dashboard for that particular channel to add/edit commands, etc. When I log into Nightbot using Chrome and then click on my username/icon, the 2 channels do not appear. Only settings, dark mode, and logout appear. If I continue to settings, under “General” I am indeed listed as having 2 managed channels. There is no way to click on them or access them, however, so I cannot get to the managed channel dashboards to do anything. Another manager is having the exact problem. I’m adding screenshots to illustrate both Opera and Chrome differences.

Have you tried clearing your cache?

Yes, I have. The problem continues on Google. It also extends to Edge now too. I’m only successful on Opera. My partner has the same problem and she is on Firefox. It would at least help if I could “click” on the name of the YouTube channel manager’s name under "Managed Channel’s (under my settings) to bring up their dashboard for commands and such. It could then say “viewing as -------” as an alternative to how it properly shows on Opera. Thanks for responding. Your help is appreciated.

I’m having the same issue. Two of us are mods for a channel, and we can’t switch to it on YouTube. On the Twitch account, it doesn’t show up at first, but it’s there after a refresh. The YouTube one doesn’t show up at all. No amount of clicking things or refreshing will make it appear. I’m on Firefox, but we’re in two different countries using different browsers, so I don’t think it’s some local issue.

One “fix” I’ve found, but it shouldn’t have to be an added step, is to log in as normal. When you can’t see your managed channel you want to access and control, refresh, and it may be there. It’s weird, but it’s done it the past 2 days on Chrome.

It looks like resizing the page after login also solves it. We’ll look into this further. Thanks for the additional info.

Yeah, refreshing works for the Twitch one. The Youtube one is just gone for some reason. The person we mod for is away this month, so neither of us had been looking at it, but I have to think it’s related somehow. Last time we got kicked was as part of some automated clean-up thing because we had no commands on our own channels, but I added a few specifically so it wouldn’t happen again.

Hopefully, she can just readd us when she gets back, and that will solve the problem, but I thought you might want to know about it.
