Is it possible to make either of the following with Nightbot

1) Bounty Reward - a game that runs on a timer, it picks a random person from chat to have a reward on them and the first person to type !kill gets the bounty and the reward of whatever is chosen as the reward.

2) Number guessing game - Game can be started via a chat command that anyone can use and then chat has to correctly guess them number within a set region.

Nightbot doesn't maintain any sort of time state for games or for guessing. The only feature we do offer is random number giveaways where users have to guess a number between a low and high number. This doesn't use commands and can't be configured much outside of the number range.
