How to make the bot make a message in the chat that someone followed me

Hiya, there is currently no feature for that for Nightbot.

Great, the only function I could do is when you say hello, and the bot says hello when they play. "HELLO"

It can also be when you join a live stream so !hello is on some live stream(not any sub counts)
