How can i make nightbot welcome people when they enter the chat or when they first say something

Hey @Elder Crab!
This isn't possible with Nightbot, there could be a work-around, but I don't recommend it, people tend to avoid chats where a bot is too active, tagging them, and such. While welcoming new users is nice, this isn't the job for a bot.
