Blacklist Users song request In nightbot

I know this was already a thread a while back. But a blacklist for song requests seems like a good idea. No, I don't want a user to get banned. I think it could be kinda funny and make for good moments also we don't have to use a hammer for something that could be fixed with a lil tape. Of course, if someone is putting on troll music I would ban them and just remove the song. But sometimes it's either not that deep or their taste in music is bad (or it really just a joke.) I get it if you don't like the idea of needing to store that data for a bunch of users across channels. Idk if that would get to be expensive but I do know the time to implement shouldn't be too much.
