I purchased premade emotes on etsy. I can not upload them because someone else has uploaded them already but has it to where they are not shared and I can not use them myself. How can I fix this when I purchased the emotes myself too and want to use them on BetterTTV.
We intentionally disallow emotes from being reuploaded to prevent emote theft. In this specific case I would recommend reaching out to the original uploader to see if they will mark the emote as shared on BetterTTV, which will allow you to add it to your channel.
