BETTERTTV Only works when chat is a pop-out or in vods

For the past 2 months BTTV hasnt worked on my Safari browser in a regular chat, I can see the settings in twitch, but the emotes in the regular chat doesnt work.

Is the BTTV Emotes setting enabled in the menu? This will prevent all BetterTTV emotes from appearing in chat.

I have tried to both disable and enable them and refresh the site, but neither one option works.

If you’re still having issues, what version of Safari are you using?
