API to Get Last N Tweets?

Has anyone seen an API to get the last 2 or more tweets for a user? I see implementations to get the latest, but I really want to get the Tweet before the latest… Any ideas or pointers?

I’m not aware of any API capable of doing that, however, if you’re feeling ready to get your hands dirty, have a look at Twitter’s API Documentation, you should find what you’re looking for there.

Thanks! Yes, that’s what I did. Created a serverless action to go lookup last 5 tweets and then grabbed the next to last.
