Yes in your song request setting you can select which playlist to use when the queue is empty: https://nightbot.tv/song_requests/settings

If you set it to "channel", you can create your own playlist here to use: https://nightbot.tv/song_requests/playlist

@member While looking at this, when a fallback playlist is used (monstercat/twitch music library) and soundcloud is disabled it will throw errors for all songs when it tries to build the playlist. Which I guess makes sense, but could be confusing.
