Am I able to make Nightbot see a discord reaction and assign a roll to the person that just reacted?

I know there is other bots that can do this but I was hoping to do this with night bot.
So what I want is when a person enters my discord server they have to react to the rules for them to access the rest of the server. Is there a way to do this with Nightbot or do I have to add another bot to do it?

Hey @Glad Dolphin!

You'll have to add another bot, sorry, Nightbot can't do that as far as I know.
If I may, I recommend either Carl-bot or Zira.
