An option to all ways use the best offered video quality option per steam or as a global setting, this would favor source over any thing else first before trying to use another. With this, it would all ways try to use source, & then try to use any option below that quality in the order of source(#),1080p60,720p60,720, ~ ~ ~ ~. Twitch’s player already remembers your last set quality. If it is not remembering it you need to prevent your browser from clearing cookies on close.
