After added to the youtube moderator still night bot not replying to the any commands

Hello Team,

I have tried a full day but still am not able to set up night bot in youtube live stream. I have add and remove many a time but still no command it recognize or replying me back. So, please help me out on this. I am a started don;t know much more about these I follow everyone’s video all are able to get the reply from the night bot but me only not getting any result.
