Im looking to make a command to add an hour to an already running timer

Currently I have !commands add !timeleft $(countdown 12:00:00 PM EST)
I would like to have a command like !addHour so I can do it multiple times without editing the command everytime

I do not believe it is currently possible to perform this action using commands, unfortunately.
