I've been searching and trying. How do I add Nightbot to our second youtube channel?

You can add it by logging into https://nightbot.tv but you can't be logged into both at the same time,
making people or alt accounts managers can help you add commands to both channels quicker.

Doesn't work for me. As soon as I click on sign up, it takes me to my main channel with is already with Nightbot.

Yes, that's because you're already logged in with an account, and the website remembers that.
You have two options:

  • log out of your current session with Nightbot: on the dashboard click on your profile picture at the top right, a logout option should appear; then log in with your second account.
  • log in with your second account by using a private tab.
