I was trying to add channel discord link but it doesn't add.

​​!commands add !discord -ul=everyone -cd=5 http://discord.gg/xxxxx

What seem to be the problem?

This should work. On which platform are you, is the stream live when you try to add the command, and does Nightbot replies when you do?
