It’s one of the most popular and beloved BTTV emotes and it’s really disappointing that it can’t be used on a lot of channels because the streamer didn’t bother enabling it on their channel.
It would be great to have this emote added globally and there is literally ZERO negatives to doing this.

Sorry, we don’t really take suggestions for global emotes. This is something discussed internally and there are a couple factors that go into it. As well, there are already about 80 other global ones and there will always be people who do not like the new spam that comes with a new global emote.
We also would need the creator of the emote himself to agree to it if it were something considered.
