Hi, is it possible to add an emoji reaction when any image is posted on a discord server using Nightbot?

Hey @Ocean Owl!

No, Nightbot doesn't have that kind of functionality, it's pretty limited because it's not made with Discord in mind, all it can do is responds to commands, some light moderation, and sync roles.
