A command to lookup the time for a time zone?

I’ve been trying to Google this and I just get results from this forum for a single time zone or a countdown. I’m looking for a command that could be something like:

!time germany

Or maybe it would be easier to lookup time zone codes:

!time pst

Use the following command with the valid timezones:

!addcom !time $(time $(1))
