i have 2 commands that just dont work and its the only 2 i have issues with my !ads to let people know ill brb and my !rules command as well neither of them work and ive deleted and put them back. parted the bot then let it join and its been a month and im at a loss. please help i have 8 commands yet 2 dont work im LOST. please help

what is the content of the commands? and is it giving an error or just not responding at all?

2 commands giving issue is !ads and !rules they just dont pop up or even respond! not blocked words either. bot not blocked parted channel joined channel relogged multiple times and just nothing only2 that give me issues out of the other 6 that i have and work
